Manticore Blade's Projectile mode.

General Information

The Manticore Blade is a futuristic laserblade invented in 3019 as a main weapon for Manticore Knights.

This weapon has 2 modes which can switch by clicking Right Mouse Button and take 1 second to fully change the mode. It is the sole weapon in the gamemode Manticore Madness.

Projectile

This mode is set as a default option on the Manticore Sword. The user swings the sword, launching a large, slow projectile which can go through players, result of collateral kill.

Berserk

This mode changes the player's playstyle from range attack to Close-Quarters-Combat mode.

Berserk mode makes this weapon behave like a knife, but cannot to backstab. The attack range is 25% greater than the knife and attack faster than the knife and also the user gains 15% damage resistance and speed boost while in this mode and deplete instantly if the user changes the weapon.

• The player can dodge the laser easily.

• The user gains damage resistance and speed boost while active.

• Vulnerable to gunfire due to melee mode.
• Damage resistance and speed boost lost if the user switches the weapon.
